THEATRETTE
A fully equipped comfortable theatre is included in the facilities the museum offers.
Several videos are played, at different times, in the theatrette, using the most up to date video projection equipment. The latest addition to the collection ‘Blue Waters’ focuses on the local whale watching.

HISTORIC WALK AND FLAGMAST
Offsite the EKWM has provided these two impressive facilities within the town of Eden.
The Historic Walk was defined in April 1993 to mark various sites throughout the central business area of town and briefly explain the history of the site. This has formed a “trail” from the old Imlay Shire Council building in the North through the shopping centre to the waterfront at Snug Cove where the original Customs House and whaling operations were.
The Flagmast was re-erected in Imlay St in 1993 as part of Eden’s Sesqui Centenary celebrations. This flagmast is the original mast from the Eden Pilot Station and is in excess of 100 years old. As the station was dismantled the mast was given to the museum and as part of its collection now stands in Imlay St. The mast routinely has the Australian, NSW and Eden flags flying. Flags of other nations are flown on their respective national days and specialist flags are also flown throughout the year.

EDUCATION PROGRAMME FOR SCHOOLS
EKWM has developed in conjunction with the NSW Department of Education, education kits for use by schools in conjunction with excursions to the museum and Eden . Copies of the education kit can be obtained by contacting the museum’s curator. promo@killerwhalemuseum.com.au.
